Because Concealed Carry Academy sells firearms, ammunition, regulated products, and safety-related merchandise, many purchases are final sale.
Please review your order carefully before submitting payment.
Used Firearms
ALL USED FIREARMS ARE SOLD AS-IS AND ARE FINAL SALE.
Used firearms cannot be returned or exchanged.
No warranty is provided on a used firearm unless a specific written warranty is included with the product listing.
New Firearms
Firearm sales are final once the firearm has been transferred to the purchaser by the receiving FFL.
Customers should inspect the firearm at the receiving FFL before completing the transfer.
If a firearm appears to be the incorrect item or appears to have suffered shipping damage, do not complete the transfer. Contact Concealed Carry Academy immediately.
Once a firearm has been transferred to the purchaser, it is considered accepted and cannot be returned to Concealed Carry Academy.
Manufacturing defects involving new firearms are handled through the manufacturer’s warranty.
Ammunition
Ammunition sales are final.
For safety and product-integrity reasons, ammunition cannot be returned or exchanged after sale except where Concealed Carry Academy shipped an incorrect product.
Customers are responsible for confirming caliber, gauge, cartridge, and other compatibility information before ordering.
Special Orders and Regulated Items
The following are final sale unless Concealed Carry Academy expressly agrees otherwise in writing:
- Special-order products
- Used firearms
- Transferred firearms
- Ammunition
- Serialized frames and receivers after transfer
- NFA or other specially regulated items once processing has begun
- Clearance or closeout merchandise identified as final sale
- Opened or installed optics, electronic sights, or electronic products
Other Merchandise
Unopened, unused, non-firearm merchandise in original packaging may be considered for return only with prior authorization from Concealed Carry Academy.
A return request must be made within 15 calendar days of delivery.
Approval of a return is not guaranteed.
Returned merchandise must be complete, unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and in resalable condition with the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and other included materials.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Concealed Carry Academy.
Any distributor restocking, shipping, transfer, or other nonrecoverable charges incurred as a result of an approved return may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.
Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If Concealed Carry Academy ships the wrong non-firearm product, please contact us promptly so we can review the order.
For firearms, inspect the package and firearm with the receiving FFL before accepting the transfer.
If there is visible damage or the firearm is not the firearm ordered, do not complete the transfer and contact us immediately.
Failed or Denied Firearm Transfers
Purchasing a firearm does not guarantee that the receiving FFL will be legally able to transfer it to the purchaser.
If a purchaser is denied, fails a required background check, does not provide required documentation, abandons the transfer, or otherwise cannot legally receive the firearm, Concealed Carry Academy may arrange for the firearm to be returned.
The purchaser may be responsible for applicable outbound shipping, return shipping, transfer fees, distributor charges, and other actual nonrecoverable costs associated with the failed transaction, where permitted by law.
Cancellations
Orders that have already been shipped or transferred cannot be canceled.
Special orders may not be canceled once they have been submitted to the supplier or entered fulfillment.
Please contact us as quickly as possible if you believe an order was placed in error.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.
The time required for a refund to appear in your account is determined in part by your bank, card issuer, payment processor, and card network.
Questions About a Charge
If you believe there is an error with your order or payment, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.
